In this Workshop, we will discuss the different layers of your Energy Field (aura) and how it relates to the physical body. You will also learn to sense this space around you for the purpose of healing, clearing and protection. Why is this important? Well, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, energetic debris and environmental toxins can get stuck or clogged in there causing us to feel sluggish, sick, depressed and/or anxious.
