Getting to know your Energy Field
I'm offering another workshop on the human energy field on August 3rd from 10-12. These workshops are designed to be informative, interactive, short and reasonably priced. In this workshop, we will discuss the different layers of the energy field and how it relates to your physical body. We practice meditations so you can sense your own energy field and learn how you can utilize it to your advantage. An additional exercise is offered to sense the energy field of others. Besides getting familiar with this unseen space around you, the meditations/exercises also help build intuition. No experience necessary!

Energetic Cords: How to clear and/or release them
We have energetic cords connected to other people, animals, things and issues (past and present). Sometimes they get clogged when there is a problem in the relationship with whatever or whomever. Clearing these cords can actually clear the issue and create a more loving connection between you and that person or thing. If you continuously think about someone or something in an unhealthy way, the energetic cord my need to be released entirely. We will learn how to clear and release cords bringing that clear energy back to you.
