Individual Reiki Treatments

These one-hour Reiki sessions are available in-person and remote, wherever you are. Discover the gentle power of Reiki with sessions that can help remove energetic blockages, relieve pain and restore your body’s innate healing ability.

Reiki is a non-invasive and completely natural healing technique. Its energy is powerful, yet gentle, nurturing, and non-confrontational. The practitioner gently places their hands on someone, and the energy will flow directly to you creating a profound healing experience. Your energy field (aura) will also receive Reiki.
Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation during the treatment along with feelings of wellness. More importantly, Reiki can improve the flow of life force energy in your body and aura, revitalizing your body mind and soul. It can also help alleviate emotional, mental and/or physical issues you may be having.
Your soul knows what is needed and the Reiki works directly with it to get you back into state of wellness and balance, creating lightness of the heart.

Creative Reiki Treatments

Artwork has been used for eons in regards to personal development. Combined with Reiki, it is quite powerful. This type of creative expression allows your subconscious to come through your hands, creating a deeper healing experience. You do not need to be an artist to do creative Reiki.

We start the session by you drawing a picture based on your present state of mind or with an intention for the session. Then you will receive a Reiki treatment.
After the Reiki session, you draw another picture based on your current state, or what that intention looks like now. Expressing yourself in this way, allows your subconscious to come through and connects you to the deeper part of you. Emotions brought to the surface through your drawing can potentially be released with Reiki.

Drawing naturally creates another avenue for us to express ourselves. The process of drawing with your hands can discharge your essence in a way that you may not be aware of as it comes from the subconscious mind.
This allows for a deeper release of energy and potentially bringing any particular issue to the surface for Reiki to release it.

Your membership will include one monthly Reiki treatment for $80 (a $10 savings) or two treatments for $165 (a $15 savings). This monthly membership automatically makes you a member of the Integrative Reiki Academy where you will receive additional discounts on Reiki courses and workshops.

Reiki Certification

Learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others with this life changing certification training. These courses will immediately amplify your life force energy creating a profound healing experience for you. You will also learn to perform Reiki treatments on yourself as well as others.

The certification for level 1 and 2 requires 6 hours of training each. The aftercare includes once a month meet-ups to feel the Reiki coming through you and improving on the techniques for balancing and clearing. Additionally, the regular meetups helps the students to maintain a heightened frequency, furthering their own healing process. Levels 3 and 4 are approximately 12 hours of training each.

If you are interested in an acceleration of personal growth, Reiki might be for you. I recommend a Reiki treatment to see how it feels for you before you start training in Reiki. It is an honor and a sacred experience to work on someone else or yourself with Reiki and must be treated with reverence at all times.

Wellness Workshops

How is your energetic wellness? Learn more about your energy field, chakras and other aspects of your energetic Self. These 2 hour workshops are designed to offer tools so you can take responsibility for your own healing.

The workshops will include mediations and various exercises to bring awareness to this invisible part of you. The more you practice, the easier it gets just like anything else. Most workshops will be information about your Energetic Self but sometimes we will have outside speakers to address other aspects of health and wellness. If you are looking to take more responsibility for your life and how you show up in it, then check out the workshop. The intention is for them to be short (2 hours) and cheap!

There are many ways in this human experience to get healthy or stay healthy. The physical body needs movement and good food that provide the nutrients and energy we need to survive. Many of us try to get healthy by eating right and exercising either at a gym, doing various fitness classes or engaging in a sport. We also may seek counseling to get and/or stay healthy mentally and emotionally. Our spiritual connection could be through meditation, yoga or various other religious exercises/experiences. But what are we doing energetically to stay healthy?
Our own energy field (EF) gets cluttered, messy, heavy and dense. An unhealthy EF can weigh us down, cause fatigue, make us feel negative/bitter and even cause illness. It is important that it gets regular attention in order to stay healthy just like our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It needs to be cleared, grounded and given some love regularly. There is much to the EF that we can learn about therefore I offer workshops so that part of you can be healthy too.
